Refund / Cancellations

Coverage: This guarantee is applicable solely to new hosting subscriptions and does not extend to domain registrations or ancillary services such as Dedicated IP, SSL, or CPanel License. It applies specifically to Personal Web Hosting, Business Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Reseller Hosting, excluding Dedicated Servers. For Dedicated Servers, the refund policy is detailed at the bottom of this page. The guarantee is subject to nullification if any of our Terms of Service & AUP are breached, including hosting prohibited content like warez, spam, or phishing activities.
Refund Policy: Should you find our hosting services unsatisfactory, you can request a refund within the initial 7 days of activating your hosting account. We ensure a 100% refund of your hosting subscription fees without requiring any explanations. Refunds are processed promptly within 24 hours of your refund request. Please note, this guarantee becomes void if you violate our Terms of Service & AUP.
Refund Procedure: To initiate a refund under this guarantee, you must explicitly contact us within the first 7 calendar days of your new hosting subscription. Please create a support ticket with the subject line "Cancellation & Refunds." Your hosting subscription fees will be refunded in full within 24 hours of your refund request, and your hosting account will be removed from our servers. However, it remains your responsibility to download all backup data before requesting a refund. We cannot assist in backing up or migrating your data or DNS.
Exclusion: If you received a FREE Domain Registration through our promotional offer or Software Licenses and choose to cancel your hosting account within the first 7 days, the price of your domain registration or Software License will be deducted from your total refund amount. The domain remains yours and can be used until its expiration date. If you're canceling a VPS/Cloud Hosting plan with included CPanel, the CPanel License cost will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if your web hosting plan includes bundled services (e.g., Domain registration, Dedicated IP, SSL, Private Name Servers), the amount for those services will be deducted from your refund if canceled before the plan's renewal date. If your hosting account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, the 7-day money-back guarantee is not applicable.

Exceptions

1) Refund Eligibility Duration: Please note that after 7 days from your order, you will not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
2) Bandwidth Usage Refund Policy: In instances where your total bandwidth usage falls between more than 5% and less than 10% of your allocated total bandwidth when requesting a refund, a pro-rata refund will be issued. The refund amount will be adjusted based on the actual percentage of bandwidth used within this range. We believe that utilizing 5% of the allocated bandwidth provides ample opportunity to evaluate our services.

1) Cancellation Notice: To cancel your Dedicated Server subscription, it is imperative to request cancellation BEFORE 30 days of your next renewal date. Failure to do so will result in the payment of the subsequent month's renewal amount.
2) Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle upon cancellation of Dedicated Server services.
3) Prepaid Services Refund: In cases where you've pre-paid for your Dedicated Server, future month payments will be refunded if a cancellation is requested BEFORE 30 days of your next renewal date. The pro-rata refund will commence from the start of the following month's billing cycle.
